Born and raised in New York, Steven graduated from NYU, where he studied both business and music. After college, he spent 20 years working on Wall Street, including a notable role as a portfolio manager at Millennium. His entrepreneurial spirit then led him to start his own business, trading stocks and warrants, with a significant presence in the SPAC space.

As a father to his daughter, Sasha, who is currently studying psychology at the University of Georgia, and a proud dog dad to Eddie, his loyal bloodhound, family is a core value in his life. Outside of work, Steven cherishes spending time with his family, engaging in philanthropic endeavors, and managing his trading company. He is also passionate about music, playing guitar, skiing, hiking, tennis, riding his motorcycle, and, of course, boating.

Professionally, Steven's goal is to continue expanding his business while making a positive impact on others—particularly children and young adults battling cancer. His dedication to giving back and helping those in need drives much of his personal and professional endeavors.
