Jill Halper is an attorney barred in New York and Connecticut. She serves as Alta’s in-house counsel and also has an employment law practice where she counsels employees and employers. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and attended law school at American University’s Washington College of Law. She is a dedicated philanthropist as well having worked with numerous charities in CT. She recently co-chaired the biggest fundraising event for a local breast cancer charity. She is married to her husband, David Halper and mother to five adult children, to whom she has instilled a sense of charity and giving back. Warriors at Sea has a personal meaning and importance to Jill, having lost her younger brother to cancer.
